I have a season ticket for 2020. Am I entitled to some form of compensation for the period during which Walibi is not open?
If you purchased a season pass before 14-05-2020, you have received an email from us at the email address you provided with more information about the compensation scheme for your season pass for 2020. The e-mail was sent to the main booker, the person who purchased the season pass(es). In principle, the main booker chooses for all subscriptions in the order which compensation will be applied.
Did you buy a subscription before 14-05-2020 and are you the main booker, but didn't receive the mail? The options for compensation are:
Option 1: 20% refund of the cost of your season pass
If you choose this option, you will get the following amount back per subscription:
- Walibi Pass: € 14,50
- Walibi Friends Pass: € 12,50
- Walibi Family Pass: € 49,00
Option 2: renew your pass with high discount
The second option is to renew your pass until October 2021 with a high discount. In that case you pay for a season pass:
- Walibi Pass: € 65,00
- Walibi Friends Pass: € 57,50
- Walibi Family Pass: € 225,00
Option 3: donate tickets to healthcare providers
Because we were told by many subscribers that they didn't want compensation for something that we as Walibi can't do anything about, we came up with something to make others happy.
If you renounce your compensation, we will donate 2 tickets to the St. Jansdal. A regional hospital with branches in Harderwijk, Lelystad and Dronten. This way you give the real heroes of society a great day in Walibi!

Until when can you indicate your preference for compensation?
Please let us know your preference for compensation before 1 July 2020. After that date, you will no longer be entitled to compensation. If you do not give us your preference for compensation or if you are late in giving it to us, we will donate two tickets to St. Jansdal care institution.
I have chosen option 1 or option 2, when will I hear more?
If you have chosen one of these options you will receive an email with more information at the beginning of July 2020.
I bought a season pass but would like my money back, is that possible?
All season pass holders have received an email about the compensation scheme. If you can't find what you are looking for, for example because you don't want to use your season pass anymore and you want the full purchase amount of your season pass back, we ask you to contact our customer service via info@walibiholland.nl.
I have received a free subscription. Will I also receive compensation?
Unfortunately, there is no compensation scheme for free subscriptions. You can still enjoy the benefits of your subscription until the end of the 2020 season.
I have a season pass. Can I still visit Walibi as much as I want?
Yes, your season ticket still gives you unlimited access to Walibi. Note that you are required to reserve your tickets for the day of your visit beforehand via walibi.nl due to the park's limited capacity. Doing so is free, since you already have a season ticket, and it allows us to safeguard the park's maximum daily capacity. All season ticket holders will soon receive an email that explains how to order tickets. You can reserve your day here.
I have a season ticket for Walibi Holland. Do I have to reserve my visit beforehand?
Yes, all visitors - including season ticket holders - are required to reserve tickets for the day of their visit. You can reserve your day here.
With my season ticket, I can get a discount on tickets to other parks. How can I acquire this discount?
Unfortunately, you cannot get a discount at other parks with your season ticket at this time.
My friends have a Friends Pass; can we visit the park together?
Of course, you can enjoy a safe day out at Walibi with your friends. You can visit the park with people who are not members of your own household as long as you maintain a safe distance of at least 1.5 metres from each other and other guests.
I bought a season pass. Are you sending it to me?
No, you will receive your pass during your first visit to Walibi. You will receive your barcode number via email, so you can already use it to book a day of visit. Bring your mail with barcode and ticket on the day of visit. You can pick up your physical pass at the gate.
I haven't received my pass yet. Can I already book a day?
Yes, you can. You received your barcode number via e-mail. You can use this to reserve a date. Bring your mail with barcode and ticket on the day of your visit. You can pick up your physical pass at the gate.
I bought a season pass before 15-05-2020 but did not receive an email. Where can I submit my preference for compensation?
You can do this via http://info.walibi.nl/compensation. Please use the same data as you used when ordering your pass(es) to fill in the form.
