How do I swap my undated ticket to a dated ticket?
The Swap tickets page makes it easy to exchange a ticket without a date for a ticket with a date. Read the steps on the page carefully, agree to the terms and conditions and order your ticket.

I did not buy my tickets through the Walibi Holland website. Are these tickets still valid?
You will receive an unique code from the organization where you bought your ticket. With this code you can reserve a new ticket. You can redeem your unique code for a ticket on date at www.walibi.nl/en/redeem. For questions regarding tickets purchased through another organization than Walibi Holland, we advise you to contact the organization in question. What happens to my tickets if one of the guests shows symptoms of the coronavirus and is forced to stay at home after all? Is it possible to change the tickets to a reservation for a different date?
Yes, that is possible. We advise against visiting the park if you have any symptoms of the coronavirus. If you start showing symptoms and have already booked your ticket, please send an email to email@example.com and include a picture of your tickets (barcode) and the new date on which you would like to visit the park. We will then change the date on your ticket(s) for you.
I am part of a risk group and would like to skip my visit to Walibi Holland this year. Can I transfer my tickets to next year?
If you are part of the risk group, we can transfer your tickets to next season. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to use this option.
Can I come to Walibi Holland for free on my birthday?
At this time, it is not possible to receive a free ticket to Walibi for your birthday. However, we definitely hope to see you on your birthday next year.
I want to make a reservation as a family but I can only fill in a barcode for one person. With the 2nd reservation you will be asked for address details, but not the barcode. What should I do?
Close your browser tab after every reservation and open a new tab. This way you can use the rest of your barcodes to swap tickets.
I have won free tickets through a win promotion by Walibi. How long are these tickets valid?
The tickets are valid until the end of the 2020 season with the exception of Halloween Fright Nights. Until the end of the season you can convert the ticket you won to a dated ticket via https://www.walibi.nl/en/free-ticket.
I have received a unique code. Where can I redeem it?
The unique code you received through Walibi or another organization can be redeemed for a ticket on date via this page, unless otherwise indicated.
I have a discount coupon from the Postcode Loterij Voordeelagenda. Where can I redeem this discount?
You can redeem your Postcode Lotterij discount coupon via walibi.nl/postcodeloterij. Bring your ticket and discount coupon with you on the day of your visit. If you do not have the discount coupon with you, you will be charged a surcharge of €8,- per ticket.
